Key Achievements

1998

XpertyS built and commissioned a new production unit in Mechelen (waterborne automotive coatings) and successfully started operations with a team of expert professionals across all disciplines (Cromax®).

2000

XpertyS centralized the Customer Services function for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa in Mechelen.

2005

XpertyS prepared the Mechelen plant for the implementation of SAP across production, production planning, maintenance, warehouse management, and transportation processes, acting as Country Implementation Lead alongside Accenture.

2009

XpertyS achieved Six Sigma Black Belt certification and delivered a series of Cost Improvement Projects within the Supply Chain domain.

2012

XpertyS took a strategic step in a new direction by developing a marketing plan to drive growth within a specific business segment.

2014

XpertyS was recognized as the preferred account management partner for several strategic accounts.

2018

XpertyS’ responsibilities expanded to a global scale.

2022

As a supplier, XpertyS organized Technology Days at customer sites, setting up an internal mini-exhibition where different customer functions could explore current products while XpertyS assessed future needs. At the onset of the electrification and sustainability era, this proved to be an ideal approach to initiate strategy planning directly from the field.

2024

XpertyS transitioned to freelance operations, seeking new challenges with its accumulated expertise.

2025

XpertyS conducted the due diligence process for the potential acquisition of a Belgian company (importer) by a German parent company.

2025

XpertyS served for six months as International Repatriation Manager, ensuring fast, professional, and respectful worldwide repatriation of deceased persons on behalf of DELA.

2025

XpertyS was re-engaged by a former client to lead and streamline several key strategic projects.
